An Industrial quality stapling plier incorporating a specially designed forked blade with by-pass clinching to provide an easy and low cost method of sealing thin plastic bags.  Simply twist the neck of the bag, hook over the forked blade and the staple wraps around to provide a pilfer-proof seal.

This plier is also used in the Veterinary Industry, usually in conjunction with monel staples

Plier uses Markwell P3 type staples (1/4" and 3/8" ) and L3 type staples to 1/2" leg
