Tool Repairs
All Markwell's locations offer comprehensive tool repair services, as follows: Markwell, Norwood, MA: All Markwell brand tools, all pneumatic stapling and nailing tools. Markwell Florida: All Markwell brand tools. Authorized Bostitch repair center. Authorized Porter-Cable repair center. All pneumatic stapling and nailing tools For access to these services, tools may be brought in to the Service Counters, or sent prepaid. Tool repairs under $75.00 value will be undertaken automatically; more costly repairs are usually quoted first for customer approval. All repairs should be paid for on collection or return of the tool, We normally ship via UPS, unless otherwise requested; Shipping and handling costs are for the Customer's account. Please remember to include your full address and telephone number. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments at all locations. |

G -Series tackers: Markwell Manufacturing Co Inc warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from date of purchase. Should this product fail for any of the above reasons, Markwell will repair or replace, at its option, at no charge to the purchaser. Tools in warranty, but received with markings on, will be repaired only. For repairs after the warranty period, a flat rate charge will be made. In all cases, tools returned for repair must be received with all original components - parts missing when tool is received, including doors, will incur additional replacement cost. Only Markwell knows the correct and exact staples tolerances necessary for trouble-free operation of its tools, and strongly suggests that only Markwell branded staples are used. The use of other staples for which this tool is not designed will void this warranty, which is also voided for tools which have been mechanically or physically abused or damaged. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, the Purchaser should send this product, securely packaged, together with a copy of the invoice indicating purchase date, postage prepaid, to: Service Dept.

No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized and an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) issued. Goods are not returnable more than 12 months after invoice date. All return shipping costs are for customer's account and a 20% restocking fee is applicable if the goods are received undamaged, with all documents and accessories if applicable, and in resalable condition. A higher fee will be charged otherwise, to be determined on receipt of goods. Markwell will issue a full credit in the event of their own shipping error being notified within 10 days of customer receipt. |

Return of staples requires special attention, and full and specific details will be given with the RGA. |
